Carolina is a UX researcher, currently pursuing an M.S. in Human Computer Interaction at University of California Santa Cruz. She is interested in understanding the often overlooked human context in technology, exploring the nuances of rituals and indigenous wisdom. As part of the Interaction Dynamics lab, Carolina is studying social simulation and crowd navigation. She received a BA in Political Science & Economics from Emory University. Carolina enjoys participating in dog sports with her Great Dane, Mia, and working on her environmental nonprofit in Brazil.
